It is Christmas Eve!!!

One more sleep and its Christmas!!

I probably seem like a little child counting down the days and sleeps until

christmas, but I just love Christmas!!

Here are 10 reasons as to why I love Christmas.

1. All the family gets together
2. Everyone gets along well
3. It's when we celebrate the birth f Jesus
4. There is lots of yummy food to eat
5. Everyone gets a present
6. I love to sing and listen to Christmas carols
7. People decorate there houses with christmas lights
8. I love to look at different types of christmas trees and how they are decorated
9. I like the different christmas events that are on at Christmas
10. I just LOVE Christmas!

So that is what I love about Christmas.

Today we are spending the morning at home and then we are going to go and visit our Grandparents. Then we need to race home, scoff down some dinner and race off to church because Naomi, Elise and I are doing Christmas carols at our churches Christmas eve service. We are also preforming this song.

3 Days!!!!

I have been counting down the days until Christmas. I just think its a fun thing to do.

For us Aussies there are only 3 days till Christmas and 2 days till Christmas Eve!!!

I will probably be getting my first Christmas present for this year on Christmas Eve. We are going to visit my Grandfather and Granny (grandparents) on Christmas Eve. Every year my Granny gets out 8 big red stockings and stuffs them with little gifts and chocolates and lollies!!!! We really love getting our stockings and exploring inside of them.

I don't know what I want for Christmas, I have already got what I really wanted through the year.

• A laptop
• A brand new cricket bat
• And Money for a Hockey stick

Through the year I have been lucky enough to get all these things.

So I guess this year I will need to wait and until Christmas day until I have any idea of what I'm

getting.

This year my family are going to each chip in a bit of money and put it together and select a gift that people can use overseas. Like........ we might select a chicken and a chicken will be given to someone overseas who needs it. By spending money on people who really need it, we are sorta giving to Jesus in a way.

What do you guys want for Christmas??

I think this is going to be a random post.

I haven't been doing much lately. We have had Annie, (some of you would know her) and her family, come and stay with us. They were here for about five days. We had heaps of fun. We went for walks, we played a lot of cricket, (including a game when CB was over at our place with his family) and Annie and I went swimming, poor Naomi couldn't join in because she hurt her toe.

Annie and her family left a couple days ago. The afternoon they left we set up the Christmas tree!!! We hadn't put it up earlier because we were having new blinds put in and the tree would have been in the way of the people who were putting the blinds up. Here is a photo of the finished product.

Sorry about the picture quality. The SD card from my camera would not connect with my laptop. Anyway, we used the colours blue, pink and silver. We usually do gold, green and red but we thought we would do something different.

To me it feels like we had Christmas just last month. The year has gone past so quickly.

Yesterday Naomi and I played U/14's, and our big brother played U/16's. Our big brother said his team slaughtered their opponent. Naomi and I also won our game. Naomi and I both went in to the game with injuries. Naomi was running on concrete the other day, and she kicked her toe against it. She bruised it really badly, so by the time she got out when she was bating she was limping of the field with her bat to help support her.

When we were warming up for the game by doing some catches, I went to catch the ball and I did something to my finger. It to was really sore and bruised, it still is very sore even though its the next day.

We have hopefully got U/12's on this morning, I don't know if it will be on though.

Well...... my stomach is growling at me so I better go fill the tank.

Voyage Of The Dawn Treader!!

I went and saw the Voyage Of The Dawn Treader today!!!!!

It was so good. We saw it in 3D. It was the first movie I had ever seen in 3D.

I found some of it a little bit freaky. But over all I really enjoyed. I'm not going to say much

because I don't want to spoil it for anyone. It was sorta new to me because I haven't read the book before.

I hope they make The Silver Chair!! It is one of my favourite books.

So it was a really fun morning. Besides the fact that the Jumbo box of popcorn that I had with Naomi at the movies broke at the bottom, so the popcorn fell around the two chairs we were sitting on. (LOL)

Voyage Of The Dawn Treader!!

It's finally here!!

The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader is being released in cinemas across Australia today!!

I'm so excited. We are going to go and see it next week in 3D!!

(I think its great how for once, Australia gets it before America!!)

I don't mean to gloat.

I'll do a quick post when I've seen it. I don't want to spoil it for anyone.
