?!?!?!?!

I don't know what to post about!!

I guess I'll just post about sport. Coming up to the semi finals in cricket makes each game we play very important. We have one more game to play until the finals, it's making me very nervous. Although we had a great week of cricket this week, in U/14's we absolutly slaughtered them!!! They had to get 178 runs and we got them all out for 15!! That's a huge win, so we went for the outright win, but we fell short of that by two wickets. In U/12's we made 305 runs, (we broke the Junior Cricket Association record!!) I made 25 runs not out. I was very pleased with that, (it's my personal best).

We will be starting hockey in about 2 weeks, (training). Still waiting to find out what grade they want us in.

Now it is a Sunday afternoon and it is so hot outside!!! Thankfully we have an air conditioner. Oh, there is some bad news, THERE'S ANOTHER COLD IN THE FAMILY!!!!! We are doomed!! Ok, its not that bad, but with all the sport and everything, its not good. Please pray that it doesn't go through the family. (We were also planning to go for a holiday next week and its my little sisters birthday next week).

iGirl's Chocolate Party!

iGirl, @ iDream is having a Chocolate Party, click here so see the rules and what you need to do.
Here is my entry.

Mexican Hot Chocolate (4 mugs)

Ingredients

*225 (8oz) dark cooking chocolate

*1 litre (2 pints) of milk

*1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

*2 drops vanilla essence

  1. Weight the chocolate and then break into small pieces. Put pices in the top of a double broiler or into a heat-proof bowl.

  1. Fill bottom of double broiler or a large saucepan with cold water. Bring the water to a boil. Turn the heat down to keep water gently boiling.

  1. Place the container with the chocolate over the one with the boiling water. Stir the chocolate with a wooden spoon until melted.

  1. Measure out the milk and pout it into another saucepan. Heat the milk gently; don't let it boil. Pour the melted chocolate into the hot milk.

  1. Add the cinnamon and vanilla essence to the mixture and bring it to a boil.

  1. Turn the heat down and whisk the mixture for 2 minutes until it is foaming.

  1. Pour the chocolate into mugs and use a small whisk to foam the chocolate mixture in each mug.

Please ignore all the number ones beside each step, (I couldn't fix it up on the computer).

Hockey!!!

I'm so excited, next week we are signing up for hockey again!!!

It may not sound like much to you, but I absolutely love hockey. It is my favourite sport. I will be signing up for AR3, (A Reserve 3). It's a rather big achievement for me, but to others it wouldn't seem like much. I've been saving for a new hockey stick for about six months now. I still not exactly sure about which stick I will get, but I will need to choose soon. (I really really need a new hockey stick).

We lost our cricket game:( We needed 6 runs of one and a half overs, and we lost our last two wickets. It was a very good game though.
